Educational opportunity for participants of the “Personnel Reserve”

The new year for the “Personnel Reserve” campaign begins with an educational opportunity for its participants.

From March 11 to March 15, 2024, a study visit to Lithuania will take place. The program includes visits to institutions of state and local self-government. This is an excellent opportunity to study governance processes and gain practical experience.

Before the trip, a series of four lectures will be organized. They will introduce participants to Lithuania’s transition from Soviet totalitarianism to independence, its accession to the European Union, negotiation processes and public attitudes, the system of public administration, the role of civil society and political parties, and much more.
