Changes will definitely happen. And now we will use the time for preparation and professional growth.

For more than two years, the Personnel Reserve has been actively working to train professionals ready to play a key role in building a New Belarus. During this time, we have created educational programs, organized discussion platforms, international visits, and strategic sessions so that our participants can gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience. We are proud to have become a platform for uniting active and ambitious Belarusians who are ready to contribute to the development of a democratic society and an effective system of public administration.
