The "Personnel Reserve" team attaches great importance to the security of participants' data. Although no one can guarantee absolute data security nowadays, we take all necessary measures to protect your personal data.

Protecting participant data
When collecting and storing data, we use advanced encryption methods to protect against unauthorized access. It is important to note that personal data, such as names and contact information, is used only for the verification of applicants.
Separation and access restriction
We strictly control access to data and grant access only to authorized employees with a need to know. The number of individuals who have access to data is limited and based on a "need-to-know" basis.
Data partitioning
We use data separation practices to prevent the possibility of identifying a participant when accessing a portion of the database. Even in the event of unauthorized access, an attacker would not be able to access the participant's full profile.
Participants own security
It is important to note that security also depends on the actions of the participants themselves. It is recommended to fill out the application using a VPN to avoid tracking. To protect the communication channel and participation in training programs, it is also recommended to use a VPN and updated antivirus programs on your devices. This especially applies to those who are in Belarus.

CAUTION, FAKE!

We have discovered a fake account of "Kadravy Rezerv" in the Telegram messenger with the username https://t.me/Kadravy_rezerv

NOTE: The specified account has no relation to our company. The fake account contains a link to a bot, but we never use bots in Telegram.

There are also fake accounts with similar names that disguise themselves as pr-belarus.org, for example, using the capital Latin letter "i", which is almost indistinguishable from the lowercase L "l" in the word beiarus. The regime is making a lot of efforts to harm us, intimidate participants, and discredit the Program. This emphasizes the importance of our work. But we should all be vigilant.

Follow only official sources of information from the "Personnel Reserve":

We use Telegram only to communicate with verified members of the "Personnel Reserve". All communication with members is via email. Please be vigilant and do not succumb to provocations and fake information.

Who is behind this program?

The "Personnel Reserve" program is being implemented with the assistance of the main centers of democratic forces in Belarus under the auspices of the United Transitional Cabinet.

Do I have to fill in all fields of the application form?

At a minimum, you need to provide your name and contact information, but completing all fields with work experience and education will help us confirm your identity, make a decision about including you in the program, and find the right internship or education program for you. Even if you do not fill in all the fields, your application will still be considered.

Why tag my social media profiles?

These fields are not required, but using social media profiles will help us verify that you are a real person and confirm your reputation.

How safe is participation in the "Personnel Reserve" campaign?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee complete data security at this time. Even very serious companies are vulnerable to hacking due to cyber-attacks. On our part, we have implemented an effective method for protecting applicants' data – it is not stored on the server, but is encrypted and split into parts upon receipt. Personal data is used only for applicant verification. General information without personal data is used for planning training and internships. It should be noted that data leakage can occur from the applicant's side during the application process, for example, due to viruses or tracking programs on your devices. Therefore, we recommend filling out the application using a VPN and using antivirus software. On our part, we have made every effort to protect your data.

Does completing the training guarantee future employment?

The "Personnel Reserve" program is designed to prepare highly qualified personnel for public administration and governmental work during the transitional period and for the future, and it is an important step in improving the quality of public governance in Belarus. However, despite the importance of this program, participation in it cannot automatically guarantee future employment. At the same time, participation in the training program can significantly increase competitiveness and improve one's chances for a successful career in the public and administrative sectors, as it provides participants with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective management and gives them an edge over other candidates.

How long will it take to review my application?

Each application is reviewed for several weeks. We reserve the right to extend the review time if the application is incomplete or if additional questions arise.

How will I be informed about the selection results and receive an invitation to training/internship?

You will receive all information about your admission to the program, upcoming internships, and the training schedule via an email sent to the address you provided in the application form.

Has the application process for the "Personnel Reserve" program ended?

No, the recruitment for the "Personnel Reserve" program is ongoing. We plan to conduct educational programs regularly.
