Online lectures and study visit to Germany

The “Personnel Reserve” offers an opportunity to gain unique knowledge in the field of public and local governance in Germany.

The personnel reserve team has prepared a program in which you will learn:

✔️ How local and national authorities in Germany operate
✔️ The structure of governance
✔️ How communication with the civilian population is conducted
✔️ How economic policy is developed and implemented
✔️ The relationship between associations and political decision-makers in the field of policy and governance
✔️ How “equal opportunities” are ensured in terms of professional competence between elected representatives and public administration bodies
✔️ How personnel are recruited and trained for work in the public sector

The training program consists of two blocks:
🔸 online lectures (31.08 – 05.09)
🔸 an educational visit to Germany (Berlin, Dresden – end of September)

There will be 4 online lectures on the following topics:
31.08 – Political system of Germany
01.09 – Administration and public service in the Federal Republic of Germany
04.09 – Political system of the EU
05.09 – Policy-making in a multi-level political system (EU – federal government – federal states)

The lectures will be held on the Zoom Webinar platform. Start time: 18:00 (Minsk time), duration: 90 minutes. Links will be sent to each participant no later than 25.08.

After the completion of the first block, selection for the study visit to Germany will open. Participation in the online lectures provides access to the application form.
