Summary of the Work of the “Personnel Reserve” Campaign
The year was intense and productive. The “Personnel Reserve” campaign continued its work to bring together professionals with diverse experience, help participants unlock their potential, and lay a solid foundation for future achievements.
In 2024, the following were organized:
☑️ 2 study visits, allowing participants to become familiar with the work of public administration in Lithuania and European institutions in Belgium;
☑️ 10 papers with reform concepts for Belarus, written by participants of the campaign;
☑️ Discussion of 6 reform concepts proposed by invited experts, which generated more than 680 comments from participants of the campaign;
☑️ Creation of the Personnel Matrix, a platform where participants can indicate the positions they see themselves occupying in a future Belarus;
☑️ An online meeting “The Path to Democracy: Proposals and Opportunities” between participants of the “Personnel Reserve” and representatives of democratic forces;
☑️ 7 video interviews with participants of the “Personnel Reserve” about their vision of reforms for a New Belarus;
☑️ 2 cycles of online lectures: one with Lithuanian political and civic leaders, and another special course “Path to a Democratic Belarus” featuring prominent Belarusian scholars and analysts;
☑️ Total community size reached 700 participants, 30% of whom are currently in Belarus.
This year was filled with meaningful work, new ideas, and the resolution of complex challenges, which not only allowed the campaign to achieve its goals but also opened new horizons for development. We thank all participants for their dedication and look forward to new shared achievements in the coming year.
