Leaders for Change: Promoting Democracy and Human Rights at the Local Level
The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is organizing a seminar titled “Leaders for Change: Promoting Democracy and Human Rights at the Local Level”.

The seminar is designed as a platform for exchanging experience and aims to promote democratic values in line with the principles of the European Charter of Local Self-Government and its Additional Protocol on the right to participate in local government affairs.
The seminar is organized by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.
