Strategic Planning Completed
The team of the Personnel Reserve initiative completed a strategic planning session during a three-day workshop together with a group of lecturers, as well as civic and political partners. In preparation for the session, feedback from participants was also reviewed, collected through a survey conducted in the first half of the year and through in-depth interviews.
During the planning process, work focused on the following areas:
- setting long-term goals
- developing strategies to achieve them
- improving internal and external communication
Several additional strategic sessions on specific directions are still ahead. The purpose of this process is to increase the effectiveness and resilience of the organization, ensuring it meets the needs of participants and society as a whole.
