Results of Strategic Planning

We continue working toward the future of a democratic Belarus, and this path requires strategy, clear goals, and effective steps to achieve them.

We have recently completed an important stage — the strategic planning of the Personnel Reserve initiative, which brought together the team, lecturers, partners, and stakeholders. The main goal was to make the program more effective, safer, and more useful for participants.

During the strategic planning process, we:

🔹 assessed past results and defined priorities
🔹 developed a new concept for the educational program (new learning approaches, improved course structure) and expanded internship opportunities
🔹 discussed improvements in internal and external communication
🔹 enhanced approaches to participant security and data protection
