Plans for the Second Half of 2025

The Personnel Reserve is returning to active work after the summer break. What are the plans for the second half of 2025?

In the coming months, new program directions for participants will be launched:

1️⃣ Internships in European municipalities — in cooperation with the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, along with a new cycle of online lectures.
2️⃣ Educational program with Germany — online lectures and a study visit offering a chance to observe public institutions in action.
3️⃣ Local Reformers’ Clubs — exchange of experience, development of practical initiatives, and creation of a reform knowledge base for the future.
4️⃣ Inter-party conference in Brussels in December — held on Human Rights Day and the anniversary of the Maastricht Treaty.
