New Direction for Participants — Reformers’ Clubs

13 August, 2025

Today, hundreds of thousands of Belarusians live across different parts of the world.

Some have built careers in new professions, others are studying, launching their own projects, or working in large international companies. This is valuable experience that will be essential for our country when Belarus embarks on the path of democracy and transformation.

But we want to go further. Within the Reformers’ Clubs, we propose bringing Belarusians together on a regional basis: not only to share personal experience, but also to organize systematic work on collecting and documenting useful practices.

🔸 visits to public and civic institutions in the European country where you live
🔸 meetings with experts, mayors, parliamentarians, and leaders of initiatives
🔸 thematic research and analytical work
🔸 drafting documents, concepts, and legislative proposals
🔸 working on projects and proposals that can become the basis for future change

We are creating a space for those who want to prepare now in order to be ready to act when the moment comes. In major European cities, we bring Belarusians together to:

🔹 exchange knowledge and best practices
🔹 create working groups across different sectors (from education to IT and public administration)
🔹 develop concepts, analysis, and draft legislation
🔹 work jointly on practical projects
🔹 build a community of responsible, active, and professional people

Participation formats:

➤ Offline: regular meetings in major European cities
➤ Online: collaborative work on documents and ideas
➤ Participation style: open or anonymous — choose what suits you

Everything we are building today is a foundation for the future. If you want to be part of the Personnel Reserve for a New Belarus 👉 fill out the application form and join: https://pr-belarus.org/be/apply-by
