Report to the Coordination Council

Pavel Latushka, representative of the Transitional Cabinet for the transition of power, reported to members of the Coordination Council on the work carried out between August 2023 and August 2025 across six areas of activity, including the Personnel Reserve initiative.

During this period, a strong and motivated community was formed:

🔺 More than 700 participants, 30% of whom are based in Belarus
🔺 89.9% have higher education
🔺 54% have experience in managing teams

What was achieved together:

🔸 168 participants completed the second intake of the training program
🔸 40 reform proposals were developed by participants
🔸 7 educational visits to European countries were organized
🔸 Hundreds of submissions to the personnel matrix were collected

These figures are more than statistics — they represent people, knowledge, and experience already prepared to work for a new Belarus. Together, they form the foundation for future change.
