Formation of the Team for an Educational Trip to Germany
The Personnel Reserve initiative has selected participants for an educational study visit that will take place at the beginning of March.
The group consists of educated, motivated, and professional individuals ready to deepen their knowledge and adopt the best European practices in public administration.
The program includes meetings at the Bundestag, in the parliament of one of the federal states, familiarization with local self-government practices, as well as a series of meetings with German politicians and representatives of public institutions, experts from think tanks, and business associations.
During the meetings, key topics relevant to the future of Belarus will be discussed:
🔺 integration policy and minority rights
🔺 political competencies and decision-making processes
🔺 scope for action and challenges at the local level
🔺 mechanisms of state financial and administrative control
🔺 interaction between state institutions and society
This is an opportunity not only to gain first-hand knowledge, but also to establish professional contacts that may later become the foundation for effective reforms.
The Personnel Reserve continues to build a community of people ready to take responsibility and work for the future. Join us: https://pr-belarus.org/be/apply-by
