Educational trip to Belgium

At the beginning of March, an educational trip to Belgium will take place, organized by the Personnel Reserve initiative.

The group of participants has already been formed. It brings together people with diverse experience, united by a shared value: responsibility for the future of Belarus.

The purpose of the trip is to gain first-hand insight into how European institutions operate, how dialogue is built between society and government, and how modern political culture based on cooperation and compromise is developed.

During the visit, participants will have the opportunity to:
🔹 deepen their understanding of the European decision-making system
🔹 establish professional and partnership connections
🔹 engage in an international dialogue on Belarus
🔹 present the position of the democratic community at the European level

Special attention will be given to issues of solidarity, inter-party cooperation, and interaction with European institutions.

For the Personnel Reserve, this is another step in building a community of prepared, competent, and internationally oriented leaders. The initiative invests not only in knowledge, but also in networks, trust, and practical experience.
