Presence of propagandists and security officers in “Personnel Reserve” lectures

Propagandist Ihar Tur claimed on his Telegram channel on February 14 that, together with security officers, he had been listening for a year to lectures intended for participants of the “Personnel Reserve.”
Anyone can apply to join the program. A prospective participant is asked to provide limited personal information: place of work, level of education, and their vision of their role within the future system of public administration in Belarus. After the application is received, personal data is separated from the applicant’s biography and political views. The anonymized application is then assigned a number, and from that point onward it is processed by the initiative’s team.
