Yury Hubarevich, responsible for personnel reserve training within the United Transitional Cabinet, appeared on the YouTube channel “Narodny Repartyor” (“People’s Reporter”).
In a conversation with Alyaksandr Kabanau, he spoke about the “Personnel Reserve for a New Belarus” campaign, its goals, the positions for which participants are being prepared, and how recruitment and training are carried out.
