“Personnel Reserve for a New Belarus” Announces Reform Concepts Competition
The program “Personnel Reserve for a New Belarus” has announced a competition of reform concepts for its participants. The initiative will begin in December this year.
Organizers expect fresh ideas and bold perspectives on what an updated public administration system in Belarus could look like. According to the United Transitional Cabinet, this is an opportunity to influence the vision of future changes and become part of a team preparing policy solutions for a future state.
The Personnel Reserve offers participants access to seminars on European local governance delivered by experts from the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, as well as an opportunity to observe European institutions during a study visit to Brussels.
The initiative continues to build a space where Belarusians can learn, develop, and prepare for responsible roles in a future democratic Belarus. “If you are already with us — make use of these opportunities,” said Yury Hubarevich, Deputy Representative for Power Transition of the United Transitional Cabinet and coordinator of the Personnel Reserve campaign.
