The Personnel Reserve for New Belarus is implemented with the assistance of the main centers of democratic forces in Belarus under the auspices of the Joint Transitional Cabinet.

The purpose of the campaign is to select and train Belarusian citizens to participate in the implementation of reforms in key positions in the field of state and local government during the transition period.

Citizens of Belarus who have the relevant experience and education for the effective performance of official duties in the field of public administration can become participants in the Personnel Reserve.

Candidates will have the opportunity to strengthen their competencies through training, including internships, in the central and municipal authorities of a number of countries of the European Union.
