Measurement and analysis tools (in development)
We use usage data for statistical purposes and analysis to help us continually improve and develop our online content. We do not combine the collected data with other data sources. The data is used only for internal purposes and is not disclosed to third parties.
The apps currently being distributed by Human Resources are designed to save data. For statistical evaluation purposes, we collect information about when and how often applications are launched, used, closed, and updated. This information is analyzed as individual pieces of data and is not linked to any other data. No personal data is used in the data analysis process. For evaluation purposes, the IP addresses of devices using HR applications will be logged; however, this happens anonymously.
This anonymization process is outsourced to a specialized service provider. As a matter of principle, Talent Reserve does not collect any location or device identification number (UDID) data. If personal data is collected and used as part of an application by Human Resources, this application will contain a separate data protection statement and information.
However, Talent Reserve does not have any influence over what data is collected and stored by network providers and operating system manufacturers when using their applications and how this data is used.
What tools do we use and how do they work:
Facebook Pixel
We use the Facebook pixel to more directly target people who visit the staffing website. As is typical in this industry, we use the Facebook Pixel to improve our advertising and provide more relevant advertising to people.
A Facebook Pixel is a short piece of JavaScript code that is inserted into the HTML code of a web page. When a web page loads, the Facebook pixel sends general browser session information to Facebook. Whenever possible, a secure HTTP connection is used here. No personal data about the site visitor is transmitted.
Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics and Google DFP
Personal Reserve uses web analytics provider Google Analytics as well as application analytics service Firebase Analytics to improve and further develop its content and services in addition to Google DFP.

Google generally truncates IP addresses in member states of the European Union as well as the European Economic Area before they are transmitted to their servers. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google will also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties are used to process this data on Google's behalf. Third parties, including Google, advertise on websites across the Internet using stored cookies to provide relevant advertising based on a user's previous visits to that site.
Google will not associate your IP address with other data. You can prevent cookies from being stored by changing your browser settings. However we wanted
